Batch Creation now runs as a background task. This allows user to start batching process and continue working on other tasks without interruption, resulting in a smoother performance and more efficient workflow for everyone in the project.

The ability for Review Users and Lite Reviewer roles to download documents is configurable at a Project level.

To ensure transparency and accountability, Canopy now logs the document download configuration changes in the project’s Activity History. This log records who granted or revoked document download permission (for Review User or Lite Reviewer or both) and the timestamp of the change.

We fixed an issue where the Review User role could export the document list. The export functionality is no longer available for this role.

We resolved an issue where the Company field in the user import’s .csv was case-sensitive. The Imports process now automatically converts the Company field to lowercase, ensuring consistency in the user’s data.
